Complexity: 4 ~ “Wonderfully complex.  ‘Beef carpaccio, please!”
Balance: 4 ~ “Fruit, tannin, acid.  Restrained fruit, but works for this expression.”
Value: 4 ~ “Worth $30-$35.”
